A 40-minute session focused on the knee. Your therapist slowly moves a radiofrequency device over cream applied around the knee, with a flat pad placed under you. The device uses electrical energy to produce warmth, and your therapist adjusts the level by asking how warm it feels.

Not suitable if you are pregnant, or if you have a pacemaker or cochlear implant, metal in or near the knee (including a knee replacement or surgical screws), a bleeding disorder, a heart or blood-pressure condition, epilepsy, cancer, an infection, or an open wound or a hot, swollen knee. If you have recently given birth, have had knee surgery, have numbness or reduced feeling around the knee, or have any other medical condition, please contact us before booking.
